Cinnamon Fudge

When it comes to making fudge,it doesn't get any easier than this recipe. It is from Giada De Laurentis, and you will love it!

Ingredients:
1 40z. can of sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2-2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg Ghiradelli bittersweet chocolate chips(2 cups)
3 tbsp. butter
Mix all of the ingredients together in a heat proof bowl.Heat over a pot with simmering water in it,and stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.Pour the mixture into an 8 inch square baking pan, buttered and lined with parchment, letting the parchment hand over the edges of the pan for easy removal later.Refrigerate for two hours.
After removing from the refrigerator, pull out the parchment, remove it from the fudge, and cut the fudge into squares.Enjoy every chocolate bite!
***Fudge stores very well.Wrap tightly,or keep in an airtigt container and it will keep for a few weeks,if you don't eat it all first!
